ZACH GRABINSKI, CEO

Al has been with Schema Group since its inception. As COO, Al works closely with owners and owner’s reps to ensure that budgets are established correctly and adhered to. His 24 years of experience in construction give him the background and expertise to balance costs, project priorities and execution to help Schema Group deliver projects on time and on budget.

AL VERMIGLIO, COO

Brian’s extensive experience in General Contracting and his work with Owner’s Groups give him a unique skill set that he applies to each Schema Group project. His talents include conceptual budgeting, advanced cost estimating, value engineering and FF&E & material selection. He’s adept in managing complex schedules and budgets. He has overseen an impressive amount of projects — from inception to completion — in many industries including multi-family, hospitality and commercial sectors.

Steve’s background as an accountant and advisor for public accounting and distribution companies, gives him the ideal experience to help Schema Group manage their fiscal health and growth. Along with a master’s degree in Taxation, Steve possesses a deep knowledge of business operations.

  • 5 plus years of experience in procurement for the hospitality industry to the company. As Director of Procurement he oversees the acquisition of products and services for all Schema Group projects. With the aim of delivering superior client service, Ryan strives to provide the best possible cost on all materials and services purchased for each and every project.

General Superintendent

  • the construction industry his entire life. As a Schema Group General Superintendent, he is an on-site liaison with owners, procurement, deliveries and sub contractors. He provides coordination and problem solving to ensure that each project is completed in an efficient, timely manner.

Chris’ strong leadership and organizational skills combine to ensure a successful project with on-schedule and on-budget delivery. He prides himself on building meaningful relationships with clients, architects and tradesmen. As a master craftsman, Chris also understands that attention to details is what makes a quality finished product.

  • with over 25 years of hands-on experience. With a deep understanding of the construction processes and regulations, he has successfully led teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. He has played a crucial role in the successful completion of several iconic projects, including the renovation of Wrigley Field and Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago. Known for attention to detail, safety and leadership, Dave is skilled in coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring quality control at every stage of the project. Senior Project Manager

  • General Contracting, Commercial Construction and working with Owner’s Groups. As a Schema Group Senior Project Manager, Chance will use that experience, and the tools and skills he’s honed along the way, to seamlessly manage clients’ projects — from inception to completion — ensuring that timelines, budgets and expectations are met and exceeded. He is adept at managing complex projects, schedules, budgets, and FF&E selection/revision.

Julie prioritizes the timely and cost-effective completion of each project by ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.

Office Manager

  • keenly focused on customer satisfaction. That’s what makes her such a good fit for Schema Group. She has extensive customer service, social media and administrative experience. As Office Manager, she supports the Schema team both on and off-site. She is often the first point-of-contact for our clients and partners and Juliana makes sure any questions or concerns are directed to the right team member, and that all requests are dealt with in a timely manner.
